= ¼(144)π-½(144)-¼(64)π+½(64)+¼(64)π-½(64)-¼(16)π+½(16)
= 36π-72-16π+32+16π-32-4π+8
= 36π-4π-72+8
= 32π-64
= 32(π-2) square units.
