a = 2*135

a = 270°

a is reflex angle BOE.

b = 360-a

b = 90°

b is angle BOE.

c² = 6²+2-2*6√(2)cos135

c = 7.0710678119 units.

c = 5√(2) units.

c is BE.

Notice!

Since angle BOE is 90° where OB equal OE equal radius of the half circle, triangle BOE is an isosceles right-angled triangle.

Calculating OB equal OE equal radius of the half circle.

Let OB = OE = d.

And BE = 5√(2) units.

(5√(2))² = d²+d²

50 = 2d²

d² = 25

d = 5 units.

Again, d is OB equal OE equal radius of the semi circle.
